Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)Location: Holdrege, NEDuration: 12 Weeks ContractShift Timings: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay: Competitive Weekly Pay + BenefitsJob Description:Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures by ensuring a sterile and fully prepared surgical environment.Prepare operating rooms with required instruments, sutures, supplies, and equipment while maintaining strict aseptic technique.Support intra-operative procedures by passing instruments, anticipating surgeon needs, and assisting with patient positioning and draping.Maintain accurate surgical counts, handle specimens appropriately, and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.Clean, sterilize, and restock surgical instruments and equipment while ensuring readiness for subsequent procedures.Collaborate with the surgical and nursing team to maintain workflow efficiency and patient safety throughout all phases of surgery.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology ProgramCurrent CST Certification (NBSTSA)BLS Certification requiredLess than 1 year experience acceptableKnowledge of sterile processing and OR protocols preferred
