This role is for our Timeless Skin Solutions offices, focusing primarily in aesthetic medicine.Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to all incoming communications including phone, email, text, and live chat in a timely manner and direct appropriately Schedule and modify appointments - Manage patient schedule with a strategic mindset for booking, cancellations, and waitlists Proactively adjust the schedule to maximize provider utilization and maintain patient satisfactionPractice proper phone etiquetteSalesCredential the practice and medical providersMake treatment and product recommendations that are appropriate for the patientMaintain lead conversion goals for initial inquiry patientsRecord Keeping and Medical Record SystemRecord patient medical concerns and document and track medical escalationsRemain up to date with system upgrades and adjustmentsPrivacyAdhere to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) privacy rulesUphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including business practices and policiesParticipation in marketing events and initiatives All other duties as directed and assignedBenefitsOur benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, company paid life insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off.Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s/Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Aesthetics terminology and conceptsEffective communication, both orally and in writingAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentMaintain strictest confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office preferredEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status
