Quanta Services, delivers integrated infrastructure solutions for the electric power, renewable energy, and utility sectors.The Senior Manager, IT Delivery and Compliance plays a key role in ensuring IT services are delivered reliably, securely, and in alignment with business, client, and regulatory requirements across the enterprise.What You'll Do IT Service Delivery & Application Management Manage day-to-day application health monitoring, incident response, and break/fix support across enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain support documentation including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and known issue logsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve application defects, manage patches, and track open support casesPartner with Infrastructure to support architecture decisions enterprise wideDrive application rationalization by identifying redundancies, end-of-life systems, and consolidation opportunitiesOversee vendor support agreements, including SLA compliance, renewals, and escalation management IT Compliance & Risk Management Own enterprise IT compliance across applicable frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001)Define and enforce application-level controls including access management, encryption, data classification, and audit loggingLead internal and external compliance assessments, audits, and remediation effortsMaintain a centralized compliance register mapping systems, controls, and ownershipOversee access governance processes including user access reviews and privilege certifications Client Contract & SLA Compliance Serve as the IT owner for client contracts and associated service commitmentsMaintain a centralized contract and SLA registry, including obligations, timelines, and renewal trackingTranslate contract requirements into actionable IT operational controls and ownershipPartner with Legal and Procurement during contract negotiations to ensure commitments are achievable and properly resourcedMonitor SLA and compliance performance, proactively identifying and escalating risks before breachProvide visibility into contract performance to IT leadership and business stakeholders Cross-Functional Leadership & Escalation Management Act as escalation point for SLA issues, client compliance concerns, and IT service delivery risksPartner with Security, Infrastructure, PMO, and Operations to ensure compliance and contractual requirements are embedded in day-to-day operationsBuild strong relationships with business and client stakeholders to support operational alignment and trust Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, coordinators, and application ownersSet clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability standardsFoster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceMentor team members in application governance, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder managementWhat You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field8+ years of experience in IT operations, application management, or IT compliance3+ years of people leadership experienceExperience managing enterprise application portfolios and vendor relationshipsWorking knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, or ISO 27001Experience managing IT-related client contracts, SLAs, or service commitmentsAbility to interpret contract and regulatory requirements and translate them into operational processesExperience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or formal assessmentsStrong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience in managed services, utilities, or infrastructure-focused IT environmentsFamiliarity with ITSM and CLM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet)Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISM, or CRISCBackground in IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) or enterprise risk managementHybrid or office-based role per company policyOccasional travel to client or operational sites for audits, reviews, or implementationsOn-call availability for critical escalations related to contracts,
