This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based at our Rockwall, TX location. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in this setting, warmth and composure aren’t just nice to have - they’re part of the care.ScheduleThis is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, working daytime hours Monday through Friday. If you’ve been on nights, rotating 12-hour shifts, or on an inconsistent schedule and you’re ready for a schedule that actually works for your life, this is worth a serious look.Days. Weekdays. One weekend shift per month. That’s it.The role is based primarily at our Rockwall, TX location with occasional training at a nearby FST facility.What You’ll DoYou’ll be the operational hub of the patient experience: keeping things moving, keeping patients informed, and keeping the front desk running with precision.Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalismCollect service payments and reconcile daily transactionsManage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgencyGuide patients through clinic policies and assist with required formsVerify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient chartsLog all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flowHandle filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operationsUphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentialityCover other Patient Services Representative roles during absences as neededWhat We’re Looking ForThis role requires a specific kind of professionalism. We need someone who can stay calm, composed, and genuinely warm under that weight.Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued for this positionComfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environmentThe ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they’re stressed or scaredProficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quicklyFamiliarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; we provide trainingHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferredJoin UsAt FST, your people skills have real stakes and real rewards.
