Plano, TX 75093  $18 – $22 per hour  Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm Consistent weekly schedule. Minimal evening/weekends. Small environment. Growth opportunity.About the RoleArtisan Interventional Pain is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support both front office operations and clinical workflow in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.This is a hybrid role designed for a startup specialty practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable helping wherever needed to support a smooth patient experience.Our practice emphasizes thoughtful care, efficient workflow, strong communication, and a calm, team-oriented atmosphere.As the practice grows, team members will have opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership development. Early team members may grow into senior clinical, operations, or office management roles over time based on performance, initiative, and leadership ability.Key Responsibilities• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out • Schedule office visits and interventional procedures • Answer phones and assist with patient coordination • Collect copays and update demographics in the EHR • Verify insurance and assist with scheduling logistics • Coordinate daily patient flow with clinical staff • Provide rooming support and basic clinical assistance as needed • Assist with procedure-day workflow and operational support • Maintain a professional and organized front office environment • Cross-train to support multiple areas of clinic operations Qualifications• 1–3 years medical office, scheduling, or healthcare support experience preferred • Medical Assistant experience or willingness to cross-train strongly preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable multitasking in a small-team environment • Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized • EMR experience preferred • Team-first mentality and willingness to adapt in a growing practice Benefits• PTO: 10–15 days annually (increasing with tenure)• Probation: PTO begins accruing after a 90-day probation period• 6–8 paid holidays annually • Quarterly performance bonus based on patient experience, teamwork, reliability, and practice performance following completion of the probationary period• Health insurance reimbursement allowances up to $300/month  • Stable weekday schedule with minimal evening/weekends.
