Majority of work is supporting existing initiatives, with one newer initiative that started in Q1. Complexity is manageable technically, but success depends heavily on navigating enterprise processes. My PBM Client Management Portal Enterprise portal used for PBM client management In development for ~2 years; continuously expanding Continuous enhancements + net-new features coming into the backlog. Technical Skill Requirements Core stack: Java Angular Microservices PostgreSQL Kafka required (must-have) Git/GitHub Azure (preferred cloud) MongoDB moved to nice-to-have Experience with automated testing is expected. Familiarity with AI-driven development tools is a plus. Candidate Profile Preferences Strong emphasis on: Ability to connect the dots quickly Common sense and practical problem-solving Following established processes and understanding why they exist Ownership mentality and minimizing follow-ups Enterprise experience is strongly preferred.
