They invest not only in businesses, but in the people and long-term growth behind them, prioritizing strong operations, accountability, and scalable systems.Position Overview:The Accounts Payable Specialist is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role responsible for managing accounts payable operations while ensuring accurate data flow between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting vendor coordination, and ensuring that transactions are properly recorded, synced, and compliant with internal processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in accounts payable, is highly proficient in ServiceTitan, and understands how financial data flows between systems.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain and validate data within ServiceTitan, ensuring proper structure and inputEnsure accurate synchronization of financial data from ServiceTitan into QuickBooksReview invoices, purchase orders, and vendor statements for accuracy and completenessReconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and inquiriesSupport subcontractor onboarding and vendor compliance documentationAssist with purchase orders, pay applications, and project-related financial trackingSupport accounts receivable and collections follow-ups when neededMaintain organized financial records and assist with reporting and documentationCollaborate with the Controller and accounting team to ensure clean and accurate financialsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accountingStrong hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (high priority requirement)Proficiency in QuickBooks with understanding of financial workflowsUnderstanding of AP workflows, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliationAbility to understand and manage data flow between ServiceTitan and QuickBooksFluent English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken)Strong organizational and time management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in construction, MEP, or service-based industriesFamiliarity with vendor compliance and subcontractor documentationGeneral understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics)Experience supporting permitting or operational workflowsExperience with additional accounting or ERP systemsWork Environment & ExpectationsFully remote role (LATAM candidates only)Fixed schedule aligned with CST business hoursReports directly to ControllerWhy Join & CompensationCompensation: $12 USD/hour ($1,920/month, full-time 40 hrs/week)Work directly with a U.S.-based investment-backed organizationGain hands-on experience with ServiceTitan and operational accounting systemsHigh-impact role supporting core financial processesLong-term opportunity within a growing operational environment
