This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess US bi-weekly payroll in SAP accurately and on timeMonitor and manage time & attendance module, resolving employee timesheet issuesMaintain employee payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies, including prior pay cycles and adjustmentsManage garnishments, legal inquiries, and audit requestsExecute payroll post-processing activities including:GL postingsThird-party payments and garnishmentsRetirement and interface data processingHandle prior quarter wage and tax adjustmentsManage payroll-related cases via ServiceNowProvide strong customer support while maintaining confidentiality of employee dataEnsure adherence to company payroll policies and proceduresScope & StakeholdersSupport payroll operations for 1,000+ employeesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including:BenefitsLegalEmployee Relations (ER)HR Business Partners (HRBP)Total RewardsIS/IT TeamsRequired QualificationsExperience in payroll processing (US payroll preferred)Strong knowledge of payroll taxation, compliance, and regulationsHands-on experience with HRIS systems (SAP HRP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
