Position: Payroll AdminLocation: Canby, ORJob Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Full TimeCompensation: $24-$28 an hourWe have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Admin to join our client in Canby, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in an office setting.Responsibilities:Compile and process employee timecards accurately and in a timely mannerCoordinate daily communication and scheduling with field staffOrganize and track frequent field updates and operational reportsSupport front-end payroll functions, including data entry and verification processesRequirements:A minimum of 1+ years' experience in an administrative or office position, ideally some exposure to processing timecardsHigh attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Benefits vary depending on employer.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
