Field Enablement Manager (Enablement Program and Platform Manager)

Overview As Field Enablement Manager, you will own the Docebo LMS end-to-end and design onboarding curriculums to empower customer-facing teams. You’ll manage platform health, content architecture, and measurable outcomes while crafting learning paths and certification programs for internal and external users. You’ll contribute to Benchling’s knowledge ecosystem and AI initiatives, enabling scalable, data-driven enablement across the CX organization. This hybrid role blends platform administration with hands-on content development to drive impact.
