Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple café and food service operations at the Porsche Experience Center in Carson, CA. This leader will be responsible for delivering an elevated hospitality experience while ensuring operational excellence across culinary execution, financial performance, team development, food safety, and client relations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in hospitality and/or corporate dining, a passion for food and service, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of multiple café and food service outlets within the Porsche Experience CenterEnsure all operations consistently meet company standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, safety, and hospitalityRecruit, train, mentor, and develop hourly and management team members while fostering a positive team cultureManage scheduling, labor, payroll, forecasting, and operational budgets to achieve financial goalsMonitor food cost controls, inventory management, purchasing standards, and waste reduction initiativesPartner with culinary leadership to maintain high-quality food programs, merchandising, and presentation standardsBuild strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal stakeholders through exceptional customer serviceRespond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and operational challengesOversee cash handling procedures, audits, POS systems, menu accuracy, and operational reportingSupport special events, private dining experiences, and catering initiatives as neededEnsure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, OSHA, and HACCP standardsLead ongoing safety training, sanitation programs, and operational auditsSupport and implement new operational initiatives, programs, and process improvements Qualifications5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, corporate dining, restaurants, hotels, or multi-unit food service operationsStrong background managing high-volume food service environments with multiple outlets or service areasProven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced settingFinancial acumen including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and cost controlsPassion for hospitality, food quality, and guest experienceExperience supporting premium hospitality or luxury guest environments preferredKnowledge of sustainability initiatives and food service best practices preferredExperience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsServSafe CertificationHACCP knowledge or certification Why Join Us at Porsche?
