(This is not an IT related role) This role partners across multiple departments to drive alignment, optimize resources, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Project Managers are responsible for clearly communicating timelines, managing deliverables, and leveraging their understanding of custom production processes and client inventory to develop effective fulfillment strategies. Together, we launch brands into their experiential orbit through the power of Brand Gravity.Learn more about who we are here!Job ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and participate in project launch meetings that include all critical departments (Sales, Estimating, Detailing, Account Management, Project Management, and Warehouse/Production); distribute work orders to appropriate departmentsReview project estimates to ensure alignment with scope; manage and process change orders as neededPartner with detailing/engineering teams to support custom fabrication solutions and approve control drawingsManage client inventory within internal systems, including tracking, reservations, and coordination of warehouse activityPrepare and submit accurate bills of material for rental projectsCoordinate graphics production, ensuring specifications are clearly definedSource and procure job-specific materials; create purchase orders and collaborate with vendors to meet cost, quality and delivery goalsCoordinate receipt and distribution of job-specific materials and purchasesMonitor project progress through production and warehouse; review and approve completed workCoordinate outbound logistics with account teams to ensure on-time delivery; verify accuracy of all shipping documentationTrack project costs, run reports, and proactively communicate potential cost overruns to Production ManagementSupport field installation & dismantle teams with pre-show planning and ongoing coordinationOversee inspection of client inventory returning from shows; document and communicate discrepancies/damage to account teamsConduct post-show reviews, including evaluation of project performance and participation in final cost analysisThis is onsite in Hebron, KY, hybrid may be considered in the future.Job RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in: Exhibit Construction/Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, Industrial Design, or a related field2–5+ years of related experience; exhibit industry experience preferredMinimal travel requiredTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC/Internet applicationsExperience with ERP, workflow, and inventory management systems preferredCAD/Drafting (technical drawing) experience a plusAbility to read and interpret fabrication and installation drawingsCore CompetenciesStrong organizational and project management skills with a focus on cost control and performance trackingProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentEffective time management and project management skillsStrong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefits Remote EnvironmentFull Benefits Package401K Vesting ImmediatelyPsychological SafetyDiversity, Inclusivity and Belonging CultureEmployee Led Resource GroupsSpiroYOU Professional Development & Learning ProgramsEmployee EventsOur Process Our interview process is hand crafted to our roles.
