You’ll provide strategic leadership, oversee cross-functional teams, and help build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion and uphold a safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met on telecom construction sitesLead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers)Manage project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and executionOversee risk management, permitting, and client communicationsDrive new business opportunities within telecom project workImplement and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) and ensure compliance with industry standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelinesLead contract negotiation and change order managementEstablish and maintain project systems for cost tracking, reporting, and documentationRequired Qualifications8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experienceProven track record delivering large, complex infrastructure projectsBackground in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of telecom construction methods, permitting, and industry standards (NESC, NEC, local codes)Experience leading teams, managing subcontractors, and working with clients/stakeholdersFamiliarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)Working ConditionsUp to 30% travel across the U.S., including travel to the Florence, KY hub
