Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure compliance
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve recruitment goalsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of progressive recruiting experience
Two years of experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred certifications include PHR and/or SHRM-CP
Ability to work remotely and utilize basic office equipment
