Job Description: Manage full lifecycle recruiting for project-term roles across U.S. and Canadian officesSource, attract, and engage top consulting talent across key technical service areas and client markets using diverse sourcing channelsDeliver a high-touch recruiting experience from application to offer, including screening, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing candidatesPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs and implement tailored, effective hiring strategiesApply advanced sourcing techniques to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needsCoordinate effectively with recruiting colleagues and share talent across teams where potential fit existsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring preparedness and timely updates throughout the interview processRepresent ERM as a brand ambassador in all interactionsMaintain rigorous documentation and leverage ERM's eRecruitment/ATS systems for reporting and complianceEnsure adherence to internal policies and employment legislation across all recruiting activities.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience within staffing or corporate environmentsProven success delivering specialist and niche hiring in technical or consulting fieldsStrong knowledge of modern recruiting practices, market trends, and effective sourcing strategiesAdvanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search expertise and proficiency with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience leveraging social media and networking tools to build engaged candidate poolsAbility to collaborate with multiple internal clients and provide consultative insights throughout the search processProficiency with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, GEM) and KPI reportingExcellent organization, time management, communication skills, and professional judgmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality resultsPreferred BA/BS degree in a relevant field.Benefits: ERM is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employerWe do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
