MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER (Grades 7-8)Inspire. Educate. Empower.We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and highly qualified ELA Middle School Teacher to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards, and support students' academic and personal growth during this pivotal stage of learning.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver standards-based, differentiated instructionCreate a classroom culture of high expectations, respect, and inclusivityUse data to assess student progress and adjust instruction accordinglyCollaborate with grade-level and subject-area teamsMaintain communication with families regarding student performance and behaviorParticipate in professional development and school-wide initiatives QualificationsCertification:Must meet the certification requirements set forth by the Louisiana Department of Education and/or the Louisiana Board of Elementary & Secondary Education at the time of employment.
