Financial Support Expert

The Financial Support Expert is responsible for supporting clients with complex questions and issues related to WellSky's financial solutions. The scope of this job includes providing crucial support and expert knowledge to our clients through the utilization of our systems.This position is with our Post Acute Care Facilities Support team. We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for all financial applications and resolve client needs via phone, Zoom, or email.Host financial management solution training sessions to enable client success.Create and maintain financial reporting training materials.Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate processes.Work collaboratively with solution and engineering teams to identify, document, test, and resolve client-facing issues.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 4-6 years relevant work experienceExperience supporting financial operations, billing workflows, or financial software solutionsWorking knowledge of at least one of the following financial functions: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), or Payroll (PR)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial discrepanciesPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home financial operationsPrevious software support, technical support, or client-facing application support experienceFamiliarity with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNowExperience auditing financial discrepancies, month-end close processes, or billing reconciliationsJob Expectations: Willing to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of timeWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
