COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area.We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD. We envision a world where mental health means not just the absence of illness but the ability to thrive. - Compass Pathways.Job OverviewThe Director, HCP Marketing leads the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies for COMP360, inclusive of personal promotion (field support) and non-personal promotion (digital/media).This role is responsible for shaping and executing an integrated HCP engagement strategy across both personal promotion and non-personal promotion). The Director will play a critical role in preparing the organization for commercialization, ensuring that promotional strategies are insight-driven, compliant, and aligned with launch objectives.This individual will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives that drives HCP awareness. Additionally, this role will directly manage and develop one team member.Location: Hybrid in our New York City office or remote on the East Coast, United States.Reports to: Senior Director, Brand Marketing.Roles And Responsibilities(Include but are not limited to):Lead the development and implementation of HCP marketing strategies for COMP360, focusing on core field materials and developing a comprehensive digital/media planParticipate in market research, analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic planning and tactical executionOwn the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and tools that educate stakeholders on COMP360's value proposition while ensuring regulatory complianceCollaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Patient Engagement teams to develop integrated go-to-market plans, including HCP education and patient support programsManage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROIDrive cross-functional alignment on marketing initiatives, fostering innovation in mental health care deliveryBuild and mentor a high-performing marketing team, promoting Compass's culture of compassion, boldness, inclusion, and rigourCandidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, with proven leadership in CNS or specialty therapeutics; launch experience a plusStrong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements for investigational productsExpertise in market research, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and analytics toolsExcellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skillsMission-driven leader passionate about mental health innovation and Compass's values【For NYC】Compensation Description (annually)Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work and any role at Compass, regardless of the location, is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and equity.【Base Salary Per Annum】$220,000 - $270,000 USDBenefits & CompensationFor an overview of our benefits package and compensation information, please visit "Working at Compass".Equal OpportunitiesReasonable accommodationWe are committed to building a workplace where everyone’s wellbeing matters.
