We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to amplify our brand and connect patients with life-changing care. This role is based at our offices in Aliso Viejo, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite per week.Essential Job Duties to Include (but not limited to):• Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness• Develop and manage local marketing strategies for NVISION centers in collaboration with regional operations teams• Lead content strategy including SEO, email marketing, paid media, and social media to grow organic and paid patient pipelines• Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations with a focus on ROI and cost-per-lead• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media buyers, and vendor partners• Partner with clinical and patient experience teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with NVISION’s patient-first values• Oversee marketing budgets, track spend, and report regularly to senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking For• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or multi-location consumer services• Proven track record running full-funnel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution• Strong digital marketing proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)• Excellent analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external agency relationshipsOwning full cycle of reputation management via Google (GMBs), Yelp, and Better Business Bureau, ensuring all public information is HIPAA compliantOwning and managing collateral development, printing, and distribution with outside vendors for all locations and teamsThe ideal candidate can assist with SEO strategy and content creationCompensation Range $80k-$100k DOE plus bonus potential
