This pivotal role is focused on leading the national strategy for workforce development and education initiatives that support the restaurant and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening and scaling the foundation's national platform, as well as building and maintaining strong partnerships with state restaurant associations and other stakeholders. Strategic leadership, national program implementation, and a commitment to industry collaboration are central to the position. The Executive Director will also be a key advocate and thought leader, representing the organization at various industry and media events.The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of senior leadership experience in relevant sectors, a proven track record of building cross-sector partnerships, and a passion for expanding workforce pathways and career mobility within the industry. Key responsibilities include team leadership, operational management, and fundraising strategy. The role demands an individual with exceptional strategic, organizational, and communication skills, who can drive alignment and collaboration across a complex stakeholder environment.
