Labor Management & Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Manage labor management processes, including payroll verification, timesheet tracking, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to labor and accounts payable.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll and vendor payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in labor management and/or accounts payable roles.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor regulations, and accounts payable principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, UKG Kronos) preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
