Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the congregation, including administrative management, budgeting, facilities operations, and staff supervision. Responsibilities also include supporting the Board of Directors, collaborating with clergy and lay leaders, and engaging with congregants to ensure community needs are met effectively. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and organizational oversight to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the congregation. Qualifications Leadership and Organizational Management: Proven experience in overseeing operations, managing teams, and developing organizational strategies.Administrative and Financial Skills: Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and operational oversight, including resource allocation and facilities management.Community Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including congregants, clergy, and lay leaders.Event and Program Coordination: Experience in planning and coordinating community programs, events, and activities.Knowledge of Jewish Traditions: Familiarity with Jewish practices, holidays, and values to align management practices with the community's mission.Technology Skills: Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems for administrative tasks, communication, and event coordination.Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a faith-based or nonprofit organization is a plus.
