Build and maintain relationships with all facility leaders, external partners, and vendors.Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration. Assist with cross departmental Human Resource duties as assigned (FMLA Processing, Recruiting, Workers Compensation, Onboarding, Payroll)Make decisions and perform all duties in accordance with organization’s policies/procedures, state and federal regulations and in conformance with recognized standards.Access to confidential information/records and maintains confidentialityInnovation and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the organization to better serve our employees, providers and partnersProjects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, coworkers, and the public Manages HRIS Workflow Provide Administrative operational support as assignedOther duties as assigned RequirementsKnowledge of human resources administration, previous 1-2 years office experience, preferably in human resourcesWorking knowledge of Health Care Operations preferredProven ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency, quality of service, and productivityStrong Information Systems aptitudeMaintains neat, well-groomed appearance, adhering to dress code of organization/programKnowledge of and ability to use word processing systemsAbility to organize and prioritize projectsFollows/adheres to organization, federal, and state regulations and guidelines, including Resident/Client rightsPhysical RequirementsOccasionally lifts and carries equipment and supplies weighing 10 pounds.Frequently twists, stoops, bends, climbs stairs; occasionally kneels, squats; frequently reaches at, above or below shoulder height. 100% of the workday is spent indoors. Sits, stands, walks intermittently during the workday. Must be able to communicate orally and/or in writing with residents, staff, families, and the public.
