7+ years of experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials, including hands-on configuration and support.Experience in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred (but this might be hard to find)Workday Pro Certification (Compensation, Talent, or Reporting modules)PMP or Agile certificationHR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI)Experience supporting Workday implementations or upgrades.Exposure to change management or process improvement initiatives.J-18808-Ljbffr
