Executive Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description Key Responsibilities:Work with the C.E.O. on strategic follow-up.Manage day-to-day data entry and some financial record keeping.Maintain and organized a variety of records and planning.Work extensively with spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel.Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic financial reporting.Work with and provide administrative support to executives as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in data entry and some bookkeeping.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Executive administrative support experience is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team.
