Candidates will work with clients to manage patent portfolios, drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis. Candidates work will include, analyzing technical documents to assist attorneys with patent prosecution, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigations.Qualifications:Excellent oral and written communication skillsAdvanced Degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similarUSPTO registration preferred.Experience with AI, ML Software and/or Bioinformatics
