Job SummaryWe are seeking an IT Field Services & Onsite Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support at client locations. This role involves onsite and remote support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring reliable IT operations with a strong customer focus.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT support at client locations (travel up to 120 miles)Install, configure, image, and support Windows & macOS systemsTroubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and AV issuesPerform “hands & feet” support for network installations and testingCoordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendorsManage IT assets, inventory, hardware refresh, and depot operationsDeliver VIP/executive support as neededUpdate and resolve tickets within SLA, maintaining low backlogRequired Qualifications3–5 years of IT field/deskside support experienceStrong troubleshooting skills (Windows, macOS)Experience with OS imaging and deploymentsNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Excellent customer service and communication skillsPreferredTechnical certificationsTelecom or field service technician experienceAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license and ability to lift equipmentComfortable with ladders and cabling workFlexible schedule; 30–40% travel for project supportWork Location: In personBenefits: 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidaysA candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
