This project involves rapidly evolving the technology stack to support a multi-platform environment (Salesforce, NetSuite, ION Carbon Zero) and designing the "golden source of truth" for core data entities like counterparties, products, and contacts. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesArchitectural Oversight: Reviewing and validating the MDM strategy to ensure correct cross-system alignment between Salesforce, NetSuite, IntelAgree, and Carbon Zero.Data Governance Design: Defining policies for data ownership, lineage, and access controls to maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.Integration Strategy: Designing resilient integration patterns for Middleware (Azure Logic Apps/Functions) to handle master data synchronization without redundancy.Entity Mapping: Leading the mapping of complex counterparty and product data entities to ensure seamless "straight-through processing" (STP).Technical Discovery: Partnering with US-based technical leads to identify technical debt and architectural risks in current data flows.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Data Architecture or MDM Strategy.Deep expertise in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) data structures and integration patterns. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals in a fractional, strategic capacity.Proven experience designing data governance frameworks for financial or commodity trading environments.Advanced English communication skills (C1+), capable of leading strategic discussions with US-based executive leadership and technical leads.#J-18808-Ljbffr
