Monday - Friday 630AM - 430PMAfter-hours call support on rotational basisThe Field Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide logistical support to all Field Service leadership and Technicians in their related functions to better enable personnel to provide the best service repairs available in the industry.The basic roles/responsibilties including, but not limited to, are listed belowInitiate, maintain and process work orders open to closeAchieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and profitabilityEnsure all work orders comply with the SOP‘s for service operations To includeProper PO#’sSIMS entriesOutside Purchase Order managementWarranty compliancePI/PSP complianceAnswer field service office phone callsIssue PO#’s to vendors for sub-let work and materials and accounting those invoices upon receiptPrepare work-orders for warranty processing to include report, pictures, claim storiesAdvise PSR’s of their customer machines that are being repaired in the fieldCommunicate with customers on repairs status and or related businessScan necessary work order documentsComply with work rules and company policiesAny special projects deemed necessary.Maintain monthly jobs exception reportConform to industry and company performance metrics and benchmarksProcess all credit card and third party billing systems (ARIBA) . May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Noise level in the shop environment is usually moderate, and the noise level in the office environment is usually low. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
