This role is essential in ensuring a positive client experience through excellent phone communication and administrative support. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role combining reception and light administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients over the phone while supporting the team with basic client reporting and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesPhone & Client CommunicationAnswer incoming phone calls promptly and professionallyDirect calls to appropriate team members and take accurate messagesProvide a friendly and helpful experience for all clientsFollow up with clients as needed for basic inquiriesClient Reporting & Administrative SupportAssist with preparation of minor client reports and documentationSupport completion and processing of client formsPerform basic data entry of client forms and record updatesEnsure accuracy and organization of client informationGeneral SupportMaintain a professional and organized workflow environmentAssist team members with administrative tasks as neededSupport day-to-day operations to improve efficiencyQualifications & RequirementsPrior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or client-facing role preferredStrong phone communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional, and client-focused demeanorHigh level of reliability and accountabilityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule: Remote on Mondays, in-office Tuesday through Thursday Collaborative and professional office environmentStructured schedule with consistent weekly hoursCompensation & BenefitsHourly compensation of $17/hrNote: This is a part-time position and does not include full-time benefits
