You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity.We are seeking an experienced Treasury Management Sales Consultant to acquire, expand, and deepen Treasury Management relationships within the Business Banking and Commercial Banking segments. This role is designed for a seasoned Treasury Officer, Business Banker, Relationship Manager, or Commercial Lender with a proven track record of consultative selling and relationship management.You will manage and continue to grow an established and developing portfolio in Northern Utah, working closely with business and commercial banking partners. This is a sales-oriented, client-facing role requiring advanced discovery skills, referral-based selling expertise, and the ability to deliver tailored Treasury Management solutions that support client cash flow, payments, and liquidity strategies.The position operates primarily in-office within a structured, performance-driven environment that emphasizes disciplined execution, collaboration, and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new and expanded Treasury Management revenue by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging business and commercial clientsPartner closely with Relationship Managers, Business Bankers, and Commercial Lenders to receive, qualify, and convert referrals into Treasury Management opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong internal partnerships that generate a consistent and high-quality referral pipelineActively manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound calling, client meetings, referrals, and banker collaborationConduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand client operating models, cash flow cycles, payment needs, fraud exposure, and liquidity considerationsPresent and position Treasury Management solutions using a value-based, consultative sales approachCollaborate with internal partners to identify and close cross-sell opportunities, expanding overall client relationshipsLeverage advanced sales fundamentals, including needs-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing strategiesConsistently achieve sales activity, pipeline, and revenue goals aligned with the SMB and commercial marketParticipate in ongoing sales coaching, training, and performance feedback with readiness for expanded and advanced TM responsibilitiesQualifications & Experience:4+ years of experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Lending, Relationship Management, or a closely related fieldProven experience selling financial solutions in a consultative, relationship-based environmentDemonstrated success in prospecting, referral-based sales, and portfolio expansionStrong working knowledge of:Treasury Management and cash management productsBusiness and commercial banking solutionsPayments, receivables, liquidity, and fraud mitigation conceptsApplicable banking regulations and compliance requirementsEstablished ability to influence stakeholders, solve client problems, and deliver a high level of customer serviceStrong verbal and written communication skills with business owners and internal partnersAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independentlyHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking toolsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be consideredBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption AssistanceHealth Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accountsPaid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and any applicable state holidays401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experienceMental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessionsTuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees enrolled in an accredited degree program related to the needs of the business, maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, employees are eligible for the program upon hireEmployee Ambassador preferred banking productsLocation:Ogden, UT
