At Tukios, team members have many opportunities to grow personally and professionallyJob OverviewAs we are rapidly growing, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDR/SDR to join our team here at Tukios. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and have a solid understanding of customer relationship management.*Hiring part-time and full-time positions *This is an hourly+commission position.ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification:Conduct initial outreach via phone, and email to identify and qualify potential leads.Organize leads in CRM system to ensure accurate and actionable information for AEs.Appointment Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, or calls between qualified leads and Account Executives.Confirm appointments and send reminders to prospects to maximize attendance rates.Lead List Organization:Maintain and update lead lists in the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Follow-Up and Nurturing:Execute follow-up calls and emails to re-engage cold or stalled leads, ensuring consistent communication with prospects.Collaborate with AEs to craft tailored messaging for high-priority accounts.Sales Funnel Support:Assist AEs in managing the sales pipeline by updating deal stages, logging activities, and tracking progress in the CRM.Prepare prospect research to support AEs during sales meetingsPerformance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as number of qualified leads, appointments scheduled, and conversion rates.Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and increase efficiency.Collaboration and Team Support:Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills encouraged to apply).Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Why Join Tukios?Grow with Us: Advance your career in a rapidly expanding tech/AI company.Vibrant Culture: Thrive in a team that works diligently and celebrates success.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a supportive environment with generous PTO, 11 paid holidays, and a healthy balance of focus and flexibility.Great Perks: Benefit from monthly lunch cards, weekly catered lunches, and more.Make an Impact: Join a mission-driven team and contribute to meaningful solutions that make a difference.
