If you want to work at the center of streaming monetization on systems that touch billions of impressions and shape the next generation of personalized advertising, this is your platform.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Product Manager II to help evolve AdRise's ad platform capabilities across integrations, ad-serving systems, and monetization workflows. This role will focus on building and scaling horizontal capabilities that improve how we connect with publishers, SSPs/exchanges, and DSPs, while optimizing revenue outcomes across the ecosystem.You will operate at the intersection of business, engineering, and external partners, translating industry protocols and partner requirements into scalable product solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role with direct exposure to revenue-driving systems, external stakeholders, and the core infrastructure that connects supply and demand across the ad tech ecosystem.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESOwn execution of a product roadmap focused on ad platform capabilities, including integrations, delivery logic, and monetization featuresPartner directly with publishers, SSPs/exchanges, and DSPs to define integration requirements and translate them into clear product and engineering deliverablesDrive improvements in ad serving performance, including pacing, frequency capping, targeting, and delivery optimizationCollaborate with engineering to build scalable solutions aligned with industry standards such as OpenRTB, VAST, and VMAPWork closely with Ad Ops, Sales, Data Science, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of platform capabilitiesDefine success metrics, such as fill rate, yield, and CPMs, and analyze performance to identify optimization opportunitiesPropose and support experiments to improve monetization outcomes and platform efficiencyBring structure to evolving or ambiguous problem spaces, helping prioritize and sequence work across multiple stakeholdersNavigate internal and external stakeholder needs, aligning competing priorities to move initiatives forwardUse data to inform decisions and continuously improve monetization performance and platform efficiencyWHAT YOU WILL NEED3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or video/CTV ecosystemsStrong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic workflowsFamiliarity with industry protocols such as OpenRTB, VAST, and VMAP, and experience working on or supporting integrations across these standardsExperience working closely with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into shipped productsProven ability to manage cross-functional execution and deliver against roadmap goals in a complex stakeholder environmentStrong analytical skills, including the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and drive decisions that impact revenue outcomesWorking knowledge of SQL, including the ability to query and analyze datasets such as joins and aggregationsComfort operating at a technical depth required to understand system interactions, data flows, and implementation detailsAbility to balance execution with informed product judgment, contributing ideas that improve the roadmap while delivering on defined prioritiesAbility to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholdersNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKERExperience working on ad serving systems or monetization platforms, including concepts like pacing, frequency capping, targeting, and delivery optimizationExposure to order or campaign management systems, forecasting, or reporting workflowsExperience supporting or leading publisher or demand-side integrationsFamiliarity with advanced SQL conceptsExperience operating in environments with evolving requirements and external dependencies#Ll-JT1#Ll-HybridLearn more about Fox Tech at https://tech.fox.com#foxtechWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
