You understand how to connect strategy with execution and are confident working across multiple channels.You bring deep knowledge of the North American student and youth landscape, particularly within the US collegiate space. You’ve successfully led campaigns targeting this audience and understand how to translate cultural insight into effective marketing activity.You stay ahead of trends, especially in youth culture, and are comfortable adapting quickly as the landscape evolves. You’ve likely worked across experiential, social, and content-led campaigns, and you’re confident managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.You thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and naturally build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.The RoleThis is a senior, hands-on position leading client relationships and campaign delivery across North America. The role is remote-first, ideally aligned with East Coast working hours, with occasional travel required for client meetings, activations, and visits to the UK team.As an Account Director, you will take ownership of key accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategically sound, commercially successful, and delivered to an exceptional standard. You will act as the senior link between clients and the agency, driving both performance and growth.You will also lead and develop a small team, setting direction, supporting progression, and maintaining high levels of output across projects.Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships, contributing to proposals and pitches, and helping to shape the agency’s continued growth.Key Responsibilities include:Leading client relationships, ensuring strong communication, trust, and long-term partnership growthOverseeing campaign delivery from briefing through to execution and reportingManaging budgets, ensuring profitability and financial accuracy across accountsIdentifying and converting opportunities for account expansion and new businessSupporting and developing junior team members, fostering high performanceContributing to proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new revenueMaintaining oversight of timelines, resources, and project qualityExperience RequiredProven experience in a client services role within an agency environment, ideally at a senior levelStrong background in integrated campaigns, including experiential and social-led workExperience working with youth or student audiences, particularly within the US marketDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyExperience leading and developing team membersFamiliarity with collegiate marketing, including key dynamics within US campusesKey Skills & AttributesLeadership: Confident in managing teams and taking ownership of client relationshipsCommercial Awareness: Strong understanding of budgets, profitability, and account growthOrganisation: Highly structured, with excellent attention to detail across all deliverablesRelationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining strong partnershipsStrategic Thinking: Able to connect insight, creativity, and execution effectivelyCommunication: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both written and verbal formatsCultural Awareness: Deep understanding of youth trends, behaviours, and platformsCreativity: Brings fresh thinking and contributes ideas that elevate campaignsPositive Mindset: Energetic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
