Final offers will be based on several factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Order Selector Day ShiftLocation: Everett, MA Reports to: Assistant Operations ManagerStatus: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday through Friday 10:30am - 7:00pmCompensation: Starting Rate: $20.00/hr plus a shift differential of $2.00/hr; Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.25/hrObjective: The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders in a warehouse setting. This role ensures that all orders are complete, organized, and ready for delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately pick and stage beverage orders according to daily schedules and work instructionsVerify product selection for correct quantities, quality, and SKU numbersMaintain organized and clean work areas to ensure efficient warehouse operationsAssist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory as neededOperate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to the Warehouse SupervisorFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goalsStay current with required safety trainingQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required1 year or more warehouse or order-picking experienceAbility to work schedule reliablyStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systemsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCore Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailTime management and organizational skillsSafety awareness and complianceCommunication and teamworkAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Frequent lifting of items up to 55 lbsExtended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reachingExposure to varying warehouse temperatures, including refrigerated areasEEO StatementCraft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
