Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Procurement Agent (Level 5) to join the Prop A-TG (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood or Berkley, Missouri.
This positing supports multiple open positions on Prop A-TG.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and program strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
Travel expected to be less than 10%
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Management
More than 10 years of experience in Microsoft Office
More than 10 years of experience with supplier contracts and negotiations
Experience in Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
Experience in contracts and proposals
Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
Experience negotiating price and schedule with suppliers and customers
Experience using SAP software
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $138,550 - $171,150
