Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist for a contract in Rancho Santa Margarita!In this role, you will support day-shift Operations across Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sorting, and Deburr processes. Through hands-on training, you will contribute to operational excellence by processing components through both manual and automated production operations. Responsibilities include performing detailed visual inspections, precision assembly work under a microscope, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and fine motor skills are critical for success in this position.The start time for this position is between 5am and 7am.In this role, you will support day-shift Hand Operations across Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sorting, and Deburr processes.
