Now Hiring: Manufacturing Operations SpecialistRancho Santa Margarita, CA (100% Onsite)24-Month ContractWe are hiring a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to support precision manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment supporting industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.Key Responsibilities:• Support hand operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes• Perform high-volume parts inspection and handling• Conduct microscopic inspection and assembly tasks• Process parts through manual and automated manufacturing operations• Maintain quality and operational accuracy in a production environmentRequired Skills:• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills• Experience with microscopic inspection and precision part handling• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience preferred• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentQualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent• Ability to read and communicate in EnglishAdditional Details:• Day shift position• Start time between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM• Long-term opportunity with hands-on manufacturing experienceIf you or someone in your network is interested, please send your updated resume.
