Project Manager (CEI)

This OpportunityWSP is currently seeking a Project Manager to support Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services across public-sector infrastructure projects in Fort Myers/Southwest Florida. This role supports both project delivery and leadership of field teams, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination.Your ImpactManage CEI projects from initiation through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plansOversee field inspection teams and ensure contractor complianceReview daily reports, quantities, and QA/QC documentationCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teamsLead meetings and communicate risks and issuesMaintain audit-ready documentationMentor junior staff and support team developmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5+ years of CEI or construction experiencePublic-sector project experience (FDOT, County, municipal)Strong understanding of plans, specs, and contract requirementsStrong communication and organization skillsValid Florida driver's licensePreferred QualificationsFDOT certificationsExperience managing task orders or IDIQ contractsFamiliarity with Procore
