We, in turn, work hard to bring out the best in them as we strive to help them find their spark and become the best version of themselves that they can be.Role: Account Management –Sales DirectorThe candidate will be responsible to manage existing customer relationships with key marquee Tech customers primarily based out of Americas region.Location: Houston, TXKey Responsibilities include:Experience – it is desirable that the candidate has experience in account management for Tech customers across services like Product Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Cloud, Digital and Analytics, BPO, Applications services etc. Client relationship management and business development: This role will manage existing client relationships, build new relationships, and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. Cross sell and upsell across the organization Own the strategic agenda for that account as well as create and manage executive level connects between customer and HCL executive teamsAbility to understand the Tech industry trends and establish good dialogue with the client stakeholdersHaving sold and enabled solutions around Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital and Analytics will be an added benefitClient delivery assurance: Good understanding of Tech ecosystem Drive thought leadership to help address customer business challenges by liaising effectively with various solution and practice teams internally, to bring timely solutions to the customer Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client Work closely with and manage/guide internal stakeholders in delivery, recruitment and other supporting functions to align on goals and deliver for the customerAccount planning and governance: Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, driving pricing discussions, etcEngage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas – sell cross business unit solutions to the clientExpand HCLs footprint come up with creative solutions that help solve business problemsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred10-15 years’ experience in selling and leading complex and transformation programs Must have managed revenue footprint of USD 25+ Mil.Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsProven record of rapidly scaling up revenues consistently and Y-o-Y growthConversant with latest trends in adoption of AI in Enterprise value chain and Services TransformationProven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership ability.Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contactsExperience in the relevant industry/verticalStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment Account financial management, lead generation and ensuring high CSATEquality & Opportunity for All Representing 165 nationalities across the globe, we pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
