Vice President Of Sales Hire Up Staffing is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Vice President of Sales for a well-established organization within the industrial manufacturing space. What You'll Be Doing: Oversee and nurture key client accounts within a specialized manufacturing sector Act as the main liaison for customer engagement, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness Partner closely with internal departments such as production, engineering, and operations to align on customer expectations and deliverables Support and maintain relationships with international clients and external partners Travel as needed to strengthen client relationships and support business initiatives Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and customer demands to help guide strategy Contribute to pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and retention planning Assist with demand planning and ensure alignment between client needs and operational capacity Promote a culture of accountability and excellence across customer-facing functions Provide leadership support to sales or account management team members Help document and transition critical client relationships to ensure continuity and long-term success What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience in sales within industrial or manufacturing environments (such as chemicals, plastics, or related sectors) Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts in a B2B setting Experience working with global customers or across international markets Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical products and processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and influence outcomes Education: Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or similar field) Technical degree (such as Chemical Engineering) is a strong plus Nice to Have: Exposure to international business operations or global supply chains Experience working with overseas manufacturers or partners Understanding of export markets and international sales strategies Additional language skills are a plus What's Offered: Competitive base salary Performance-driven bonus opportunities Long-term incentives
