Enterprise Service Engineer

Final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and skill level.A highly cleared Enterprise Service Engineer is needed to support the design, implementation, and management of large-scale IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to interface directly with clients to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.You'll be part of a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, collaborating across teams to ensure high-performance, compliant, and forward-leaning enterprise services.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure services and interoperabilitySupport enterprise-level IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and securityTroubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutionsWork closely with clients to ensure their infrastructure needs are met and optimizedDocument best practices, procedures, and contribute to internal knowledge basesCollaborate with other engineers and Technical Account Managers to deliver cohesive enterprise supportProvide on-site client support at multiple locations as neededIdentify and recommend enhancements for stability, performance, and complianceEnsure client environments meet risk and compliance requirementsAssist in IT asset management and strategic planningMaintain technical currency in evolving cloud and infrastructure technologiesRequired Skills & Experience:Active TS/SCI clearanceStrong background in Azure-based enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud designProficiency in systems administration and troubleshooting across:Windows, Linux, Solaris, UNIX, or AIX platformsFamiliarity with:SharePoint metadata and application data fieldsActive Directory, Exchange, and database integrationsKnowledge of physical and virtual hosting environmentsProven ability to solve complex problems independently or collaborativelyEffective communication skills-verbal and written-for both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working in a team-based support or consulting environmentCurrent DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP) - RequiredPreferred Attributes:Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationshipsCommitment to continuous learning in cloud infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurityExperience supporting enterprise risk management and compliance objectivesStrong documentation and process improvement abilitiesFamiliarity with IT asset management best practicesIf you are a motivated engineer with a passion for modern enterprise infrastructure and hold the required clearance, submit your resume for immediate consideration.
