Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlans and prepares lessons in relation to an individual's needs and examination.Acquires appropriate teaching materials and resources.Plans, schedules and executes private, individual instruction on their primary instrument and is in communication with the School Chaplain and Private Instructions Program Coordinator for confirmed availability of the school organ for lessons.Motivates students and encourages progress.Other duties as assignedRequirementsMusic DegreeExperience providing private, individual instruction on their primary instrument or voiceFamiliarity and ability with distance learning models/formatsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to recognize and correct errors.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience providing private, individual instruction on their primary instrument or voice.Work Characteristics and Physical Demands: The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
