Production Supervisor

We are constantly in pursuit of better patient care and understand that speed is critical because life cannot wait.The Handles/Molding Supervisor is responsible for supervising shop employees in a manufacturing setting who are operating CNC and injection molding machines to produce machined parts. This effort includes, but is not limited to, plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. This individual works with operators and other departments to ensure products are being made up to company standards and timeline goals.Essential Functions:CNC machining and Injection molding experience preferredWorks from a production schedule to execute throughput of high-volume components and plan the use of resourcesFollows up on set ups, scheduling operators, review production status, troubleshoot equipment, ensure quality and deliveryCoordinates production within the department.
