Customer Service RepresentativeBusy food production facility located in Lebanon, TN is seeking a full time, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative for their home office. This position will support management with administrative duties and a high volume of data entry. Candidate must have experience with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word, excellent customer service skills, and be a team player-helping in various areas as needed. Looking to interview qualified candidates immediately.
Customer Service Representative Hours & Compensation:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
$17.00 an hour
Pay raise given at point of hire

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Answer phones & greet visitors
High volume of data entry, including Word and Excel
Identify and access customer needs
Keep records of customer interactions
Process customer accounts and file documentations
Process daily shipment paperwork
Strong detail orientation with communication and listening skills
Additional projects and tasks as assigned by Management
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must have at least 3 years of Customer Support Experience
Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Time management skills
High school diploma or GED
