Paid Media Manager

Long Drink Marketing LeaderLong Drink is seeking a results-driven leader to drive brand growth and new customer acquisition through paid media channels. This individual will be responsible for developing vision, strategy, and executing performance-based growth marketing plans including oversight of a multi-million dollar paid media budget. Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with social and digital teams to implement advanced analytics & corresponding strategies that maximize awareness, consideration and conversion. Develop innovative, sustainable paid media strategies along with media and content optimization tactics to drive efficient growth across various platforms. Build, monitor, and own paid media KPI reporting on actual, budgeted and forecasted spend and return projections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Leverage new and existing ideas to acquire and foster an active relationship with key customers to build the brand, stay top of mind and drive purchase in-store. Create and manage customer journeys to improve relevance of advertising across defined target consumer groups. Contribute to creative briefs and creative agency management to help better guide idea and campaign development across the calendar year. Manage and mentor Growth Analyst Job Requirements4-6 or more years of growth or performance marketing experience CPG experience required, beverage strongly preferred BA degree or equivalent experience Advanced understanding of social media metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube TikTok and other platforms specific to customer acquisition. Must be comfortable working with high levels of ambiguity, wearing multiple hats and operating in a fast-moving environment and culture. The salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
