Engineering Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional with 5+ years of experience in developing highly engineered consumer goods, with strong technical knowledge of Soft Goods.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project build deliverables including project schedules, build matrices, BOMs, and entry/exit criteriaCoordinate and facilitate project calls with cross-functional teamsManage material sourcing, supplier coordination, and lead-time trackingManage vendor quotes, PO processing, and payment follow-upCoordinate prototype shipments, tracking, and serial numberingTrack, manage, and drive closure of open project issues throughout the development phaseDrive and manage relationships with OEM partnersEnsure projects remain aligned with development milestones, timelines, and deliverablesRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience5+ years of Project Management experienceProven experience driving product/project development for highly engineered consumer goodsTechnical experience with Soft Goods is requiredStrong experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, sourcing, vendors, and manufacturing teamsExperience with BOMs, material sourcing, supplier management, prototypes, and product developmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.#Hiring #ProjectManager #ProjectManagement #ProductDevelopment #ConsumerProducts #SoftGoods #NPI #ProgramManager #ProductDevelopmentManager #OEM #EngineeringJobs #TechnicalProjectManager #ProductEngineering #SupplyChain #ManufacturingJobs
