Job Title: Quality Engineer - Automotive IndustryLocation: Lafayette, INEducation & Experience Required:· Bachelor's degree in engineering required.Technical SkillsAbility to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)ExcelPowerPointTeamsPrior automotive industry experienceTypical task breakdown:Weekly staff and prioritization meetingsFacilitate the development of APQP documentation including, but not limited to process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams.Support and tracking of recommended action from the process FMEAs.Independent scheduling and leading APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teamsReview and /or develop process capability studies, measurement systems analysis.Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP)Formal documentation and presentation at stakeholder updatesSoft Skills· Facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual.· Manage priorities across multiple projects.
