Dickson Health and Rehab - Weekend RN Supervisor (RN)Facility: Eminence Dickson Health & RehabilitationLocation: Dickson, TNSchedule: Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) – Minimum 8-hour shifts each dayPosition SummaryEminence Dickson Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during weekend shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage staff, support clinical decision-making, and ensure continuity of care throughout the weekend.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during weekend shiftsEnsure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with care plans and physician ordersServe as the clinical leader and point of contact during assigned shiftsMonitor staffing levels and assist with staffing adjustments as neededRespond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordOversee medication administration and treatment protocolsConduct rounds to ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standardsAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as neededCommunicate effectively with physicians, department heads, and leadership teamReport incidents, accidents, and changes in resident condition per facility policyQualificationsActive and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of TennesseePrevious supervisory or charge nurse experience preferredExperience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and make sound clinical decisionsWork ScheduleRequired: Every Saturday and SundayMinimum of 8-hour shifts each day (potential for longer shifts based on facility needs)BenefitsCompetitive pay (weekend differential may apply)Supportive leadership teamOpportunity for growth and advancementFlexible scheduling optionsWhy Join Eminence Dickson?At Eminence Dickson Health & Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
