Workforce Operations SupervisorSchedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexibility required) to work Saturday or Sunday twice a monthMayfield, KYPosition OverviewReporting to the IWO Director, the Workforce Operations Supervisor will manage client and employee relationships. In this role, the IWO Ops Manager will manage the overall operation at client site(s) and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, engagement, quality control, and overall client relationships. The IWO Ops Manager's duties and responsibilities will include interviewing, onboarding, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work in conjunction with client management; authoring and discussing with employee's performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; and employee motivation and reward initiatives.Job Responsibilities Management and support of open requisitionsQualification and placement of candidates to open requisitionsSupport coordination of orientation for new hiresManagement of Active HeadcountPerform new hire backgrounds, drug screens, onboarding timely and effectivelySupport payroll hours submissionPerform/Assist in employee terminationsServe as the main contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employeesWork closely with client managers to find solutions for recruiting/retention issuesEvaluate staffing strategy and plansCoaching/Counseling and MentoringPerformance ReviewsAttendance TrackingManage client employee relations investigations, providing support, documentation, and guidanceOther duties as needed or assignedJob Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience1-3 years' manufacturing and/or logistics operational experienceRecruiting experience is a plus1-3 years' prior operations experience in manufacturing or distribution center environmentProficient in Microsoft Office productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsCompany SummaryNo matter what stage of your career, Impact Workforce Solutions can help you achieve your goals and realize your full potential.
